Cass & Benton | Curacion Beach Resort Wedding
June 5, 2025
Short and sweet, but full to the brim.
Some weddings last all day.
Cass and Benton’s wedding lasted four hours—and somehow, it felt like a lifetime (the best kind).
They got married off a cruise ship at Curacion Resort, and from the first moment to the last, it was non-stop love, laughter, and all the good stuff. Nothing rushed, nothing skipped—just a jam-packed few hours of everything that matters.
They started with a private first look and shared private vows—just the two of them. And let me tell you… I cried behind my camera. There’s something about hearing two people speak straight from the heart with no one else around. No script. No pressure. Just truth. That moment was everything.
Their ceremony was on the beach, with the sea behind them and their favorite people in front. The kind of setting you dream about—natural, intimate, and so full of feeling. You could see it in their faces and in their families’. Every glance, every hand squeeze, every tear.
After the “I do’s,” they hosted a lunch reception that somehow managed to be touching and ridiculously fun. Speeches that hit you in the heart. Dancing that made you forget it was broad daylight. Food that was as joyful as the atmosphere around it.
And then—the live portrait booth.
Not a photobooth with an iPad. A real photographer (like us), capturing real, stunning portraits of every guest. Some were silly, some were beautiful, and every single one felt like a gift. It was such a thoughtful way to include everyone—whether they were front and center or quietly soaking it all in. Everyone walked away with something special.
Cass and Benton made the most of every second. They didn’t need 12 hours or 200 people. They just needed this. Each other. Their people. A beach. Some music. And a whole lot of heart.
This is what weddings can be: short, sweet, unforgettable.
Cass and Benton, thank you for proving that love doesn’t need a timeline—it just needs to be felt. And you made sure every second was.
